What better fruit to cultivate on land so unspoilt and humble, than the olive? At our estate, we produce our own 100% pure "Pate di Olivia" (Olive Pate- a gentler 'bombolla' compared to Greek Tapenade, without the capers and too many spices) and the most delicate "Oliva secca" (dried olives) this side of the Mediterranean.
We create our gems into little dreams of GOLD bottled in brine, or as they say in Italeano, "Sogni d'oro, imbotiliata in aqua salata" flavoured with home grown rosemary and garlic. An Afro-Italian love song to the tastebuds!
